Group seminars for church sound teams
Ever hear an awful screech on Sunday morning and wonder where it came from?
The Sound Foundations Mixing Seminars are group courses in mixing and the basics of live sound. Seminars are intended for church sound teams who need to gain an understanding of mixing and develop a common vocabulary. You learn together as a group, at your facility, in front of your mixer. Students leave with a basic understanding of how to mix sound on a preinstalled sound system.
We recommend all churches start with the Mix Basics seminar. If you're looking to go deeper, you can also register the Advanced Mix Seminar or a one-on-one Sound System Walk-through.

Studio classes in live and recorded sound
For individuals, we offer two month-long Sound Foundations classes. Stage Sound focuses on building, setting up and running PA systems, while Studio Sound covers principles for the recording studio. Since the classes build on each other, most students take both.

Private instruction
We also offer private instruction, either in our studio or in your musical environment of choice. If you're looking to brush up on your Pro Tools skills or chase down a pesky problem in your live rig, this is often a good solution.
